Louis | Director
Louis founded Heartland Landscapes after years working across New Zealand and Australia in high-end residential construction and landscaping.
His passion is creating calm, natural outdoor spaces built with genuine craftsmanship and care. He works closely with clients, architects, builders, and designers on every project to make sure the finished landscape feels connected to both the home and the people living in it.
When he's not on site, you'll find him surfing, camping, or somewhere outdoors with his wife Hannah and daughter Lily.
Charlie | Landscaper
Charlie is a qualified landscaper with strong experience across residential projects throughout Newcastle and the Hunter region.
He's known for his work ethic and his eye for detail, particularly on fine finishes and construction quality. Charlie genuinely cares about the end result and it shows in everything he builds.
Outside work, the big man loves his rugby.
Nick | Landscape Foreman
Nick brings over 10 years of experience delivering high-end residential landscape construction across Sydney's northern suburbs and beyond.
He leads sites with a calm, steady hand and knows how to keep complex projects moving without ever cutting corners. Trades respect him. Clients appreciate him.
Mitch | Apprentice Landscaper
Mitch came to landscaping from a tiling background, which gave him a sharp eye for detail and a strong foundation in precision work across paving and stonework.
He brings genuine enthusiasm to every stage of a project and has quickly become a valued part of the Heartland team.
Ranec | Apprentice Landscaper
Ranec transitioned into outdoor construction to pursue work he genuinely loves, and it shows every day on site.
He has a particular passion for the horticultural side of landscaping, watching planting bring a finished construction to life. A respectful, hardworking family man who is rarely without a long black in hand.
Joshua | Admin Support & Marketing Manager
Joshua brings nine years of experience in marketing and business operations to the Heartland Landscapes team.
Drawn to the industry by a genuine appreciation for craft and quality work that lasts, he keeps the business organised, the marketing sharp, and the day-to-day running smoothly behind the scenes.
